– race day: what to expect
– race starts
– the first corner crazies
– cornering generally
– off camber sections
– log hops
– stairs / carries
– dismounts and remounts

MOUNTAIN BIKING

Our She Rides – MTB will be a multi-session program designed to progress those trail skills needed for offroad riding. Fiona Dick from Chocololate Foot MTB will be leading these sessions. Separate sessions will be open for girls (u18) and women. Key components to the course will include body position and weight transfer, braking and cornering, choosing lines and mastering drops.
