The MWCC kit is a fairly striking and unique kit that stands out in the peloton.
It regularly gets spotted at various races across Sydney and throughout the road network of Sydney. The kit is now also going global – thanks to Robin Vandekreeke for sending in this photo of his friend John, who has just completed a training camp in Arizona. This photo taken at the top of Mt Lemmon in Arizona.
Mt Lemmon is the highest point in the Santa Catalina Mountains, located in the Coronado National Forest north of Tucson, Arizona, United States. Peak elevation is 2791 m.
It is a cracking climb, according to Strava the distance for the climb is 33.864 kilometres and it is rated as a HC climb. It has an average gradient of 5.0% and is pretty much just a consistent rise up the mountain. The quickest time up the mountain is 1 hour 22 minutes and 52 seconds.
Looks like great weather for a mountain climb in this photo!
