The absolute perfect way to start and celebrate a long weekend, is with our crit race at HART Driver Training Centre at St Ives. This will set you up for the rest of the weekend and will ensure you can eat plenty of chocolate.
The morning’s racing aims to be hard and fast and anyone who knows this course will confirm that it is deceptively tough. Racing will be starting bang on 7am because we have to be off the course by 9am. At 9am the learner drivers will be on course, so we want to be well clear of them by this stage.
For anyone who hasn’t ridden this course before, it is car free. It has a few testing corners and a short sharp little pinch in it. This course favours the brave and many a breakaway has been successful on this course.
Racing will start at 7am for Masters A ( Over 35) , C and D Grade.
8am A Elite and B Grade
We will have the tent set up from 6:30am but we want to start on time. Exact entry fee of $15 will also assist in getting it all moving.
Date: 14 April
First Race: 7am
Entry Fee: $15 with a Racing Licence
The HART course is located on Mona Vale Road, opposite the entrance to the showground. There is ample parking on site and it also has fairly safe cycling routes to the venue. The course is completely car free.
